Leveraging Joy Loyalty's technology, Levents migrate and upgrade their Loyalty Program, which integrates seamlessly with their point-of-sale systems, improving the overall customer service experience. This strategic initiative led to significant enhancements in customer interaction and loyalty, further elevating their brand's strategy. The introduction of the Loyalty Program notably improved customer satisfaction and positively impacted sales metrics shortly after its implementation.

Loyalty Program engines

The challenge

Vinamilk plans to launch a Linear Loyalty program, rewarding customers per purchase. To optimize engagement, they want to introduce targeted campaigns like Point Expirations and Multiple Order Rewards, incentivizing purchases across different categories and products, enriching customer experience with personalized incentives.

The solution

The Joy engine boosts Vinamilk's loyalty strategy with smart features for creating special rewards, like Milestone Rewards, which celebrate customers' 5th, 10th purchases, and more. This makes the loyalty experience more exciting.

 

Additionally, three other brands have been inspired and joined forces with Vinamilk for coalition loyalty campaigns, a move requiring deep integration with non-Shopify systems.

 

Joy also has a feature that sets points to expire, which Vinamilk uses to create special end-of-year campaigns. This encourages customers to use their points before they're gone, helping boost sales at year-end.

 

To keep the loyalty program fair and secure, Joy includes Anti-cheat mechanism system to spot and stop any cheating, alerting Vinamilk if something seems off. Even though the rules are clear and cheating is rare, it's always good to be prepared. Plus, Joy offers 24/7 support to quickly fix any problems for Vinamilk and its customers.

600+ third-party POS

The challenge

Vinamilk has opted to keep its existing POS system to maintain its workflow and customer experience across over 600 POS devices, where the loyalty program needs to run flawlessly. 

 

Although Joy provides extensions for Shopify POS and POS PRO, these are not suitable for Vinamilk’s setup, highlighting the need for a tailored integration to ensure seamless loyalty program operation.

The solution

Leveraging the robust API and Webhooks provided by Joy, Vinamilk is poised to deploy its inaugural Loyalty Program across its entire POS network. This significant leap marks the company’s first comprehensive Loyalty Program aimed at both online and offline customers, transcending traditional discount and gift campaigns.

 

This initiative introduces enhanced workflows for critical aspects like customer enrollment and point redemption, among others, setting the stage for a smoother, more engaging customer journey. Despite the complexities involved in rolling out such a comprehensive program, the initial improvements pave the way for a seamless experience, indicating a smooth voyage ahead for Vinamilk's loyalty endeavors.
