### How the integration helps

- Logged-in shoppers see their points balance, available rewards, and VIP tier right inside your app
- Guests can still browse the loyalty program overview before signing in
- When a customer redeems a reward, the coupon is applied to their cart automatically — no manual code entry
- After redeeming, customers are taken straight to checkout to complete their purchase

### How it works
Add Joy's loyalty widget to your Tapcart app as a custom block using your Joy API credentials. Once it's in place, the whole loyalty experience — points, rewards, redemption — runs natively inside your app.
