Enter your store's numbers to see what a loyalty program that brings them back could add in its first year. The page runs a loyalty ROI calculator in place. It asks for annual customers, annual orders, average order value, customer retention rate, industry and gross margin. It estimates the program's first year as a range from conservative to optimistic results: extra revenue a year, return on program cost, the change in order value, purchases per customer, retention rate and customer lifetime value for members, and the share of referring customers. The figures come from Joy's benchmark data, so none are printed here — they depend on the store's numbers. ### How it's calculated Uplifts for order value, purchase frequency and retention come from the top 20% of stores on Joy, by industry and gross-margin band. The extra revenue adds four effects: bigger baskets, more repeat orders, newly retained customers who start buying again, and new buyers from referrals. The conservative case assumes 30% of customers join the program at the benchmark uplifts; the optimistic case assumes 55% at 1.5× those uplifts. Program cost (rewards redeemed plus subscription) is counted at 2.5% of revenue, and the return is capped at 20x.
