# Every extra click kills a review. Your loyalty widget just removed them all.

## Why this matters

Joy now embeds Judge.me in your Unified Widget as a **Reviews** tab next to Home, Rewards, and Profile. Customers write a review and see the points it earned without leaving the widget.

### Collect reviews inside the widget

A **Write a review** button opens the form in the tab, with rating, photo, and text. Customers submit without a redirect or a search for the product page.

### Show the points each review earned

The tab lists each review with its date, product, star rating, status, and points earned. It runs on your existing **Write a review** earning program, and the balance updates in the same widget once a review is approved.

### Match the tab to your brand

Joy renders the Reviews tab in your brand fonts and colors, down to the star color. Judge.me supplies the review data in the background.

## How to access and use

### Step 1: Connect Judge.me

In Joy, open **Integrations → Judge.me** and connect your account.

### Step 2: Open the Unified Widget

Go to **On-site content → Widget → Unified Widget**.

### Step 3: Turn on Reviews

In **Extensions**, switch on **Reviews**. Joy adds the tab to your widget automatically.

### Step 4: Choose Judge.me

In the Reviews extension settings, set your review provider to **Judge.me**, then save and publish.

## Good to know

The Reviews tab requires the Unified Widget and a connected Judge.me account. Judge.me's Awesome plan or above is required for API access.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the Reviews tab replace Judge.me on product pages?

No. The tab shows only the current customer's own reviews, and the Judge.me reviews widget on your product pages stays in place.

### Do customers need to log in to see their reviews?

Yes. Reviews appear in the tab once the customer is identified, which means logged in to your store.

### Can I rename the Reviews tab?

Yes. In the **Footer menu**, open the Reviews item to edit its label and star rating display.
