# Frictionless Login: Shop App & Email OTP Now Available

Your customers are already in the Shop app. They tap **"Sign in with Shop App"** and they're authenticated instantly. No passwords. No extra steps. They come straight into Joy with full access to their rewards.

That's it. 3 seconds from click to wallet.

### Multipass Email OTP (All Plans)

Not everyone uses Shop app? No problem. Customers enter their email, receive a secure 4-digit code, and they're in. Codes expire in 5 minutes. No password to forget. No account recovery friction.
