# Loyalty Hub editor — design your rewards page with a live preview

## Why this matters

The Loyalty Hub is the page every logged-in customer sees in their Shopify account. Until now you styled it from a settings form and checked the result in your store. Now the editor shows the page as you build it, on desktop and on mobile, so you see a change before a customer does.

## What you can control

- **Each section has its own panel.** Pick a Balance layout (Boxes or Tier first), a VIP tier layout (Show all tiers, Slider, Ladder or Table), an icon style for Ways to Earn cards, and a Compact or Large reward card for Redeem.
- **A Design tab styles every card at once.** Set border width and style, corner radius, card background and density.
- **Section overrides.** Redeem, My Coupons, Ways to Earn and VIP can each use their own border style, and the Redeem button can switch from Secondary to Primary.
- **Programs and tier icons.** Reorder programs, hide one from the Hub, or swap an icon without leaving the editor. Program changes also apply to your Loyalty page and widget.

Text colours, button colours and fonts still come from your Shopify customer account settings. Joy controls the components, layout, card styling and wording.

## How to access and use

1. In Joy, go to **On-site content** and open the **Account page** tab.
2. Click **Setup** on the Loyalty Hub card.
3. Use the **Sections** and **Design** tabs, and switch the preview between **Desktop** and **Mobile**.
4. Click **View store** to open your store, then save.
