Your loyalty page kept the old name. You renamed an earning program in Joy on a Tuesday afternoon. Took four seconds. Your loyalty page went on showing the old name — the one you typed into a theme block eleven months ago, next to a reward amount you have changed twice since. Nobody told you. Onsite, Loyalty page, **Open editor**. The preview sits beside every setting you touch, and switches between desktop and mobile, member and guest, while you work. Underneath it, the page stopped being a transcript. Ways to earn, Ways to redeem and VIP tiers read your live programs, tiers, balances and coupon inventory at page load. Rename a program and the page says the new name, because the page never knew the old one. --- ## What you can build with this **Start from your category instead of a blank page.** Eight templates — Fashion, Beauty & Wellness, Food & Drink, Home & Garden, Sports & Fitness, Pets & Animals, Men's Grooming, Minimal — each with its own imagery. Joy lists exactly what a template replaces before it touches anything. **Show members and non-members different pages.** Every one of the fifteen sections carries an audience: everyone, members only, or non-members only. The section that sells the program is dead weight to someone who joined two years ago. **Reorder the page by dragging it.** Sections move, hide, or come off the page entirely — and a section you remove keeps its content, so putting it back costs nothing. **Match the page to your storefront without a designer.** Brand scan reads your live store and proposes colors, typography, imagery and copy in your voice. You get a review screen — current value beside proposed value, line by line — and apply the lines you want. Nothing lands until you say so. **Write every word once, in every language.** All the page's copy lives in one Translations tab, the same values your Settings translations already hold, grouped by section and keyed so that renaming a step never scrambles its other languages. *The page used to be a thing you maintained. Now it is a thing that maintains itself, except where you want a say.* --- ## How to set it up **Step 1 — Open the editor.** In Joy, go to **Onsite** → **Loyalty page** and open **Loyalty page editor (V2)**. Pick a template, arrange your sections, run Brand scan if you want it. There is no second button to forget. **Step 3 — Give the page somewhere to live.** The **Set up** panel creates the page at the address you choose, then sends you to the theme editor to add the **Joy: Loyalty Page V2** block to its own template. That step is yours to do: Shopify does not let apps write to a theme, so Joy can open the door but cannot walk through it. *Editing Custom CSS requires a paid plan. CSS saved on a free plan keeps working.* --- ## Version 1 is not going anywhere New stores start on Version 2. Everyone else switches when they decide to, and switches back if they want — the Version 1 setup stays saved on both sides of that move. And some of you should stay. If your loyalty page today is a hand-built theme page your developer shaped section by section, fifteen configurable sections will not reproduce it, and moving costs you work you already paid for. Version 1 still runs. --- ## A loyalty page is a promise in public It is the one page where you tell customers exactly what their effort is worth.
