Levents partnered with Joy Loyalty to undergo a substantial rebranding and transitioned to Shopify Plus, with the goal of enhancing both their digital presence and physical store experience.  Leveraging Joy Loyalty's technology, Levents migrate and upgrade their Loyalty Program, which integrates seamlessly with their point-of-sale systems, improving the overall customer service experience.

This strategic initiative led to significant enhancements in customer interaction and loyalty, further elevating their brand's strategy. The introduction of the Loyalty Program notably improved customer satisfaction and positively impacted sales metrics shortly after its implementation.
