By connecting Joy Loyalty with Chatty, you can sync essential customer loyalty data directly to the Chatty Inbox, including:

• VIP tier
• Points balance
• Birthday
• Referral link

With this data, you can personalize your interactions and offer tailored services or products based on a customer's loyalty status. You’ll be able to view this information in both the Customer details and Conversation details within Chatty.

How to Integrate Chatty with Joy Loyalty

1. In the Joy Loyalty app, go to the Integrations section in the left menu and select Chatty.
2. Click Go to app, then click Connect to link Chatty with Joy Loyalty.
3. The integration will automatically sync the following data to Chatty:
   • VIP tier
   • Points balance
   • Birthday
   • Referral link
