To set it up
Step 1 — Go to Settings → Additional features.
Step 2 — Find Auto-tag engaged loyalty members and click Turn on.
Step 3 — Enter your tag name. Default is Joy loyalty member. Add multiple tags if needed.
Step 4 — Save. Joy starts tagging from that moment forward.
Available on all Joy plans. Tagging is not retroactive — it applies from the moment you turn it on.
