Step 1 — Shopify adds the Loyalty Hub to the customer account. The extension renders as a full-page block inside the native Shopify customer account interface (`customer-account.page.render`). Customers see it immediately when they log in.
Step 2 — Customers see everything in one glance. Eight loyalty sections are displayed in a clean, responsive layout: Points Balance, My Coupons, Ways to Earn, Ways to Redeem, VIP Tiers, Referral Program, Wallet Pass, and Activity History.
Step 3 — You control what shows and in what order. In Joy Admin, go to On-site content → Loyalty Hub. Drag sections to reorder them. Toggle sections on or off. Upload a hero banner image with configurable position and height. The Loyalty Hub reflects your brand and prioritizes what matters most to your customers.
Why this matters right now
Shopify is moving merchants to New Customer Accounts. Legacy customer accounts — the old default — are being deprecated. The loyalty popup widget that worked on legacy accounts doesn't work in the new paradigm.
