How to access and use
- In Joy, go to Reward programs → Redeeming programs and open your Free shipping program.
- In the Condition card, open Advanced conditions and add a condition under Customer → Location.
- Choose Is equal to or Includes, then select the countries where the reward applies.
- Click Save. The program summary shows which orders the code works on.
