How to access and use
Step 1: Open a selection screen
Go to any page in Joy that involves customer or product selection.
Step 2: Click Add
Click the Add button next to the search field, or use Add customer in the action bar on the Customers page.
Step 3: Fill in the details
Complete the fields in the modal. All standard Shopify fields are supported.
Step 4: Save the record
Save to create the record in Shopify. It is immediately available to select.

Do I need to open Joy inside Shopify admin?
Yes. The add and edit modals work only when Joy runs embedded in Shopify admin. They are not available when you open Joy in a standalone browser tab.

Yes. Joy creates the customer in Shopify and syncs them into your loyalty program right away.
