Customer import dates: set when imported points and credit expire
Add a Create Date to points imports and an Expires At date to store credit imports, so imported balances expire on the right day.

Why this matters
Imported balances used to expire from the day you imported them. Two optional date columns now let your file say when points were earned and when store credit ends.
Create Date for points
Add a Create Date column to a points import with the date the customer originally earned the points. Joy uses it to decide when the points expire. Leave it blank to use today's date.
Expires At for store credit
Add an Expires At column to a store credit import with the last day the credit can be used. It expires at the end of that day in your store's time zone. Leave it blank to use your default store credit expiration, if you set one.
Pick the date format once
Choose MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY after you add the file. If a date doesn't match, the import stops and lists the rows to fix.
How to access and use
Step 1: Prepare your file
Add the Create Date or Expires At column to your CSV.
Step 2: Import
In Joy, choose Customers > Import, add your file and select the date format.
Step 3: Fix anything flagged
Rows with unreadable dates, or an Expires At date that has passed, block the import until you fix them.
